• 2 scoops Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
  • 1 cup passionfruit pulp
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon organic extra virgin coconut oil


  1. Peel and freeze bananas
  2. Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge and chill overnight.
  3. The next day, carefully turn the coconut can over and open from the bottom. Be careful not to shake the can. Drain the coconut liquid into a seperate bowl and discard. Place the coconut cream into a food processor.  Add all other ingredients to the food processor and blend until creamy.
