Ingredients

  • 30 grams Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 x large banana
  • 1 cup raw cauliflower
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Combine and blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender
  2. Garnish with some additional blackberries, banana and even almond flakes if you have them
  3. Enjoy!
  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas, blackberries, and cauliflower
