Ingredients

  • 30 grams Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain  Greek yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If your shake is too thick, add some more almond milk
