Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pro-Matrix wicked whey
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • fresh berries to top

Method

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon until well combined
  2. Pour batter onto skillet or pan.  Wait a couple minutes until the tops of the pancakes start to bubble, then flip and wait for the other side to cook.  Once finished, stack those protein pancakes up and enjoy.  Add fruit on top if you would like
  3. Add berries or your favourite fruit on top
