INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
- 1-2 teaspoons stevia powder
- 120mL unsweetened applesauce
- 2 teaspoons found cinnamon
- 1½ ground ginger
- ½ ground clove
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large egg whites
- 425g cooked pumpkin
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 chopped walnuts (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180℃
- Spray a 9″x13” non-stick dish with non-stick spray
- In a bowl combine the first 11 ingredients, mix well
- Add the final three ingredients and mix together
- Spread mixture into the non-stick dish and bake for 30 minutes
- Allow to cool, cut into 30 squares
