- 30 grams Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- Ice

If your shake is too thick, add some more almond milk
