INGREDIENTS
1⅓ cup Pro-Matrix Wicked Whey
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup coconut flour
50g dark chocolate 85%
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix Pro-Matrix Wicked Whey, cocoa powder, coconut flour and milk until a thick paste is formed
- Roll the mixture into ‘eggs’. If the mixture is too runny, add more coconut flour to get the correct consistency (be careful – too much coconut flour will make the filling fibrous)
- Form six eggs out of the mixture by rolling them with your hands or with the use of a mould
- Melt dark chocolate. Dip the eggs in the melted chocolate to create a chocolate shell. Place chocolate-coated eggs on a baking tray lined with baking paper or foil
- Place in the freezer for an hour or so
