INGREDIENTS
- 30g Pro-Matrix Naked Whey
- 1 cup oats
- ⅓ cup chopped almonds
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
METHOD
- Add oats, almonds and coconut in an oven dish, stir and then bake for 10 minutes at 180°C
- Allow the mixture to cool
- Heat the almond butter until runny, add the baked mix along with Pro-Matrix Naked Whey, flaxseed, honey, chia seeds and cranberries to the bowl
- Form into small balls and refrigerate overnight
