Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Pro-Matrix Wild Whey
  • 1-2 teaspoons stevia powder
  • 120mL unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 teaspoons found cinnamon
  • 1½ ground ginger
  • ½ ground clove
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 425g cooked pumpkin
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 chopped walnuts (optional) 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ 
  2. Spray a 9″x13” non-stick dish with non-stick spray
  3. In a bowl combine the first 11 ingredients, mix well
  4. Add the final three ingredients and mix together
  5. Spread mixture into the non-stick dish and bake for 30 minutes
  6. Allow to cool, cut into 30 squares
