  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 serve fruit (banana, berries, mango)
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 300mL milk (full, skim, soy, coconut, almond)
  • Raspberries for garnish

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Top with raspberries
